Property has no reception and guests arriving before 16:00 may leave their luggage in the agency office: Colombet Immobilier, 11 Rue de le Vieille Intendance, 34000 Montpellier, France. Please contact the pr國內訂房operty in advance in order to arrange payment and organise an appointment for key collection. Please note that a contract will have to be signed at the agency for the rental.
The service charge includes the bed linen, towels and cleaning fees.
Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay and will be returned upon your departure. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
